Kyrie Irving, Tristan Thompson spark Cavaliers past Nuggets

Coming up next, the Cavaliers play the Dallas Mavericks, who are 24-17 on the year. The Nuggets meet the Phoenix Suns, currently 22-17 this season. The Nuggets have fallen to Phoenix the last two times they have met.
