Kings sign King to two-year deal

The Los Angeles Kings signed forward Dwight King to a two-year contract, the team announced Monday.

According to LAKingsInsider, com, the deal will pay King $750,000 per year.

King, 23, had five goals and nine assists during the regulat season for the Kings, after being called up from AHL Manchester on Feb. 10. He added five goals and three assists during the Kings' postseason run to the Stanley Cup.

The signing of King means that every player who played for Los Angeles during the 2012 postseason is signed for next season.
