Kemba Walker, Al Jefferson carry Bobcats by Bucks

The Charlotte Bobcats shot really well, finishing 39-68 (57.4%) from the field, including 9-20 (45.0%) from beyond the arc, to beat the Milwaukee Bucks, 101-92. Charlotte (33-34) has now won four in a row.

Kemba Walker scored 21 points on 7-13 shooting from the field (2-5 from behind the arc) and 5-6 from the free throw line. Other key players for Charlotte included Al Jefferson with 20 points and 7 rebounds, and Gerald Henderson with 14 points and 6 assists. Despite the loss, Brandon Knight put up 21 points for Milwaukee on 9-21 shooting, including 3-7 from behind the arc. He also tallied 8 rebounds, 7 assists and 3 steals. Ramon Sessions chipped in 18 points and 6 assists and John Henson finished with 12 points and 7 rebounds.

The Bobcats combined an eFG% of 64.0% with 45.0% 3-point shooting. They are 7-1 this year when registering marks above 55% and 40% in those respective statistics. The Bucks, on the other hand, are 1-15 when allowing opponents to hit those marks.

Milwaukee (13-54) has now lost four straight games.

Coming up, the Bobcats play the Atlanta Hawks, who are 29-35 on the season. The Bucks match up with the Portland Trail Blazers, currently sitting at 43-23 this year. The Bobcats came up short against Atlanta each of the last two times they've met. The Bucks have a 0-1 record against Portland this season.
