The Chiefs took care of the Raiders, 24-7, at home.
Alex Smith didn't find the end zone and came away 14 for 31 for only 128 yards and no interceptions. On the Raiders side, Terrelle Pryor went 18 for 34 with 216 yards passing, one touchdown and three picks.
Jamaal Charles was a key factor for the Chiefs, running all over the Raiders for 78 yards on 22 carries with two touchdowns in addition to five receptions for 50 yards. Dwayne Bowe pulled in three balls for 46 yards.
The Kansas City defense was the difference in the victory, giving up 125 yards rushing and 149 passing, coming away with three interceptions while taking back one interception for a touchdown. They consistently put pressure on Pryor and the Raiders offensive line, racking up 10 sacks.
Raiders wide receiver Denarius Moore gave a standout effort with 82 receiving yards and one touchdown.
The Chiefs are at home to take on the Texans (2-4) next week while the Raiders will meet the Steelers (1-4), also at home.
