Just Sayin': Reaction to Richardson trade

The Cleveland Browns stunned players, coaches and fans with Wednesday's trade of 2012 third overall pick Trent Richardson to the Indianapolis Colts. Divisional foes won't miss tackling the bruising running back, nor will the Browns' opponent this Sunday, the Minnesota Vikings.

The Sports Xchange looks at what people around the NFL are Just Sayin':

Bill Musgrave, Vikings offensive coordinator: "OK, Cleveland Browns. Who'd they trade today, Rock 'N Roll Hall of Fame to Detroit for Joe Louis Arena?"

Jared Allen, Vikings defensive end: "Shocked. Not gonna say I didn't smile about it."

Marvin Lewis, Bengals head coach, to SiriusXM NFL Radio: "We go to Cleveland next week (Week 4). I'm feeling pretty good about that, a little better about that."

Chuck Pagano, Colts coach, on text messages he received from former players in Baltimore: "'Wow, congrats and thank you' because Richardson is out AFC North now."

Jim Irsay, Colts owner, on Twitter: "Building a MONSTER for the BEST fans in the WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Ryan Grigson, Colts GM, to SI.com writer Peter King: "I know the numbers - 3.5 yards a carry, long (run) of 32 - but I also know in this business you can go by the norm, and you can go by the eye test. What do your eyes tell you? They tell me he's special. He's a 4.48-second 40 guy who defenders don't want to tackle. I loved this kid coming out. He's only 23 years old, and I still think he's a great back."

D'Qwell Jackson, Browns linebacker: "This is the week to go out and show the character of the guys in this locker room. The ship is still sailing."

Dan Gilbert, Cleveland Cavaliers owner, on Twitter: "Not much time to follow NFL lately. What motivates @Browns to trade promising 2012 3rd pick for likely 23rd-27th pick? What am I missing?"
