After two superb collegiate seasons, Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel is comfortable enough in his abilities that he will not throw at his upcoming Pro Day, according to the Houston Chronicle. However, the same tweet suggests he will put his passing skills on display on campus three weeks later.
Manziel won a Heisman Trophy in 2012 after throwing for 3,706 yards and 26 touchdowns. He also ran for 1,410 yards and 21 touchdowns, too.
Manziel became more of a passer in 2013, throwing for 4,114 yards and 37 touchdowns, with his rushing totals dipping to 759 yards and nine touchdowns.
If all goes well for Manziel during draft preparations, he could become the top overall pick by Houston.
