Jay, Mark Penske arrested for incident at Nantucket Yacht Club

Jay and Mark Penske, sons of Penske Racing owner Roger Penske, were arrested early Thursday morning at the Nantucket (Mass.) Yacht Club for allegedly breaking into the club.

Two women called police and reported the men assaulted them in the club's parking lot.

The police report indicates the men were urinating in the parking lot when a woman approached them and Jay Penske, 33, turned and urinated on her boots. The brothers allegedly fled the scene but were apprehended soon after and spent the night in jail before being released.

Penske Racing has not commented on the alleged incident.

Jay Penske is CEO of the media company PMC and owns an IndyCar team, Dragon Racing.

There are no IndyCar races scheduled until Aug. 26. The brothers are scheduled to appear at a pretrial hearing on Aug. 20.
