Update: Kidd (back) is out for Wednesday's game against the Magic, Newsday reports. According to SNY.tv, Coach Mike Woodson said Kidd could play if he had to but will get a night off to rest his sore lower back. Woodson said, "He'll probably play Friday." James White will start Wednesday.
Recommendation: While the lower back injury is something to keep an eye on, Kidd's fantasy value is being hampered more by his decreasing playing time due to the return of Raymond Felton.
