Jason Babin has run from the idea of running with the bulls.
The Philadelphia Eagles defensive end has reconsidered his thoughts earlier in the week about heading to Spain to participate in the dangerous practice of running through narrow European streets with bulls.
“I’m not sure what you guys are talking about,” Babin said, according to Geoff Mosher of the Delaware County Times. “I’m a little confused. I’m not a big basketball fan but growing up I was a Bulls fan. I’m confused. I have a lot of bulls on my farm in Texas.”
Babin recently completed an Alaskan expedition and had said running with the bulls was next for him. Then, he joked that he doesn’t even hold a passport.
The bottom line is the Eagles’ top pass rusher isn’t going to be engaging in a dangerous activity that could put his career – and his contract – in jeopardy.
