LeBron James, David West and Lance Stephenson have each been fined $5,000 for flopping in Game 4.
The NBA announced the penalties Thursday in accordance with their anti-flopping rules. Stephenson's infraction occurred when Ray Allen partially lifted his elbow, while West and LeBron flopped in concert on one play.
In taking a second look at the controversial plays from Game 4, the league also retroactively assessed West a flagrant 1 foul for a play on Dwyane Wade with 5:57 left in the fourth quarter.
Flopping rules are different in the postseason because players aren't warned. Another offense will cost $10,000. Seven players have been fined for postseason flopping, including Derek Fisher, Jeff Pendergraph, Tony Allen and J.R Smith.
