Jaguars CB Reggie Corner will go on injured reserve after suffering a knee injury in Saturday’s practice. Head coach Mike Mularkey confirmed after practice that Corner tore his ACL.
Corner, a reserve, signed with the Jags this offseason after spending his first four NFL seasons with the Bills. Last season, he played in 11 games with one start, recording five tackles, three passes defensed and one interception.
Corner’s most productive season came in 2009 when he started eight games and made 67 tackles and nine passes defensed.
Taking Corner's roster spot will be fourth-year CB Trumaine McBride, who played in one game for the Jags last season. He played in every game for the Bears in 2007-08.
