The Jaguars were held in check by the Cardinals, 27-14, at home.
Chad Henne went 27 out of 42 for 255 yards passing, one touchdown and two picks. Carson Palmer put up better numbers for the Cardinals, and wound up 30 for 42 with 419 yards passing, two touchdowns and no interceptions.
Maurice Jones-Drew ran for 23 yards on 14 carries while adding a touchdown in addition to four receptions for 12 yards. Danny Noble caught one pass for 62 yards with a touchdown.
The Jacksonville defense managed to keep the running game in check, but could not slow down the aerial attack, allowing 14 yards rushing and 419 passing. They sacked Palmer three times.
Cardinals wide receiver Michael Floyd was impressive, racking up 193 receiving yards and one touchdown. Tight end Rob Housler also had a good game with 70 receiving yards.
The Jaguars head to Houston next week to face off with the Texans (2-8) while the Cardinals will play host to the Colts (7-3).
