IndyCar has postponed the Indianapolis 500 rookie orientation program scheduled for April 11 due to the forecast of inclement weather. "We have been monitoring the weather reports in Indianapolis to make sure the conditions would be suitable for ample on-track activity," said Brian Barnhart, president of operations and strategy, IndyCar. "With the strong chance for rain and lower ambient temperatures, we felt it was best to postpone our Rookie Orientation Program until a later date." A.J. Allmendinger, Conor Daly, Carlos Munoz and Tristan Vautier are scheduled to participate once the program is rescheduled.
