Indiana overcame a somewhat sluggish start and rolled to an 88-52 victory over visiting Florida Atlantic Friday night.

The game was tied at 6-6 early on and the Hoosiers (11-1) led only 8-6 after the first media timeout but then went on a 14-2 roll and were never seriously threatened the rest of the way.

The sixth-ranked Hoosiers led by 30 at the intermission, 55-35, and by 39 (86-47) with under 5 minutes to go as things got a bit sloppy in the second half.

Cody Zeller scored a season-high 24 points to lead the Hoosiers, who had four players in double figures. That was two points off the sophomore forward's career high.

Gregg Gantt led the visiting Owls (5-6) with 25 points but came up four points short in his bid to become the school's all-time leading scorer.

The senior guard has scored 1,556 points in his career. The all-time leader for FAU is Earnest Crumbley with 1,559.

Gantt will have his shot at the mark Thursday when the Owls visit Sun Belt Conference rival Troy.
