Miami Heat forward LeBron James as well as Miami guard Dwyane Wade and guard Mario Chalmers will sit out Sunday night's game against the San Antonio Spurs, the team announced.
James suffered a right hamstring strain in the first half of Friday's game against the New Orleans Hornets. He is listed as day-to-day.
Wade hurt his right ankle in Wednesday's loss to the Chicago Bulls, but did not sit out Friday.
Chalmers sat out Friday's game with a sprained right ankle.
The Heat (57-15) have a two-game lead on the Spurs (55-17) for the No.1 overall seed and home-court advantage throughout the playoffs.
Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said the Heat likely would start guards Norris Cole and Mike Miller alongside forwards Rashard Lewis, Chris Bosh and Udonis Haslem against the Spurs.
