Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical:

Gruden's old staff taking shape in Dallas

National Football Post

The Dallas Cowboys continue to assemble Jon Gruden’s former band.

They made it official Friday with Rich Bisaccia, who was hired away from Auburn to coach special teams. He becomes the fourth coach to previously work under Gruden to be hired by the Cowboys to Jason Garrett’s staff.

Given the fact that Garrett has been stripped of play-calling duties and forced to fire his brother John, it makes you wonder how much longer he’ll be in place. Speculation at the Senior Bowl in the coaching community was that Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is making a push for Gruden.

Rich had an offer that he felt he could not turn down and we wish him nothing but the best,” Auburn coach Gus Malzahn said in a statement, according to Brandon George of the Dallas Morning News.

Bisaccia, who is believed to have a buyout in his deal with Auburn, replaced Joe DeCamillis, who left to join the Chicago Bears.
