Green Bay Packers 2012 Home Schedule

The 2012 Green Bay Packers schedule of home games includes some very notable opponents. It opens with the San Francisco 49ers coming to town in Week 1 and then the Chicago Bears come to town in a Week 2 Thursday night game. Every other home game is on a Sunday night for the Packers, including a nationally broadcasted one by NBC against the Detroit Lions on Dec. 9.

The Packers also have two home games in the preseason, coming against weaker opponents in the Cleveland Browns and Kansas City Chiefs.

There was a distinct home field advantage for the Packers in 2011, as the team finished with a perfect 8-0 record in the friendly confines of Lambeau Field. The team also went 7-1 there in 2010, showing just how difficult it is for any visiting team to find success against Aaron Rodgers and the Packers defense when the home crowd is behind them.
