Grady Sizemore: Had Microfracture Surgery On Knee In September

Rotowire.com
Update: Sizemore had microfracture surgery on his right knee in September and might not be able to return until midseason at the earliest, the MLB.com reports.

Recommendation: Sizemore had drawn interest from several clubs on an incentive-based deal, but it appears the three-time All-Star will face yet another setback to his once-promising career. The surgery is nothing new for Sizemore, who had the procedure in 2010 and 2011. Those injuries, along with back issues in 2012, have limited Sizemore to 210 games over the last four seasons.
