The Gracie brothers, Ryron and Rener, appeared on "UFC Ultimate Insider" to demonstrate how Phil Davis accomplished his modified kimura armlock submission on Tim Boetsch. UFC commentator, Joe Rogan, dubbed the move the "Mr Wonderful" in the octagon during his post-fight interview with Phil Davis.
Phil's win over Tim Boetsch by kimura at UFC 123 earned him a Submission of the Night award.

Phil Davis in the prelims?
At UFC on Fox 4 on August 4, Phil "Mr. Wonderful" Davis (9-1-0) faces Wagner "Caldeirao" Prado (8-0), but not on the main card. This fight will be shown on Fuel TV as one of the preliminary fights. Wagner is making his UFC debut.
Davis is looking forward to the fight. On UFC.com, Phil said, "Wagner is new and full of toughness. He is ready for his chance at the big show, and I welcome him."
Phil (age 27) has charm, personality and the skills to defeat the best in his division. He's already faced some of the top players in his 205 weight class, but he's not ready for current champion, Jon Jones yet.
Light heavyweight, Phil Davis, a wrestler (two-time Big Ten champion, four-time All-American, 2008 NCAA wrestling champion for Penn State), lost to Rashad Evans at UFC on Fox 2: Evans vs Davis.
Phil has wins over Tim Boetsch--who just defeated Hector Lombard by split decision, spoiling his debut, at UFC 149; Alexander Gustaffson, Brian Stann and Antonio Rogerio Nogueria.
Light Heavyweight MMA Top 10 (205-pound limit)
MMAWeekly.com has Davis listed as 6th on the Top 10 Lightheavyweights.
1. Jon Jones
2. Rashad Evans
3. Dan Henderson
4. Mauricio "Shogun" Rua
5. Lyoto Machida
6. Phil Davis
7. Alexander Gustafsson
8. Gegard Mousasi
9. Ryan Bader
10. Rafael "Feijao" Cavalcante
Because Phil Davis is fighting on the undercard, Fuel TV gets some "ninja" star power for their preliminary fights video and Phil Davis gets more experience in the cage before he continues his climb up the ladder to challenge Jon Jones.
Wagner Prado trains with Team Nogueria. This fight should deliver some interesting and complex moves on the ground. No lay and pray, please.
