To say that Miami head coach Al Golden has dealt with a lot since arriving in Coral Gables would be an understatement.
At the top of the list, of course, is the ongoing NCAA investigation in light of the Nevin Shapiro allegations. But after losing a lot of high-quality talent early to the NFL Draft, the former Temple head coach is now dealing with even more personnel issues.
Golden suspended offensive tackle Seantrel Henderson, linebacker Kelvin Cain and cornerback Keion Payne for the start of spring practice, and the leader of the Hurricanes did not hide his disappointment when discussing the state of the program with Joe Rose on 560 WQAM.
Among the most enlightening soundbites from the interview:
"For everybody out there that's a Hurricane fan that's rolling their eyes, think about us. We're rolling our eyes. It's been suspension, distraction, and inconsistency one after another really since we've arrived. I'm getting a little tired of it personally."

Despite all of the setbacks, however, Golden maintains that he is going to "fix" the culture at Miami and start to "compete for ACC championships."
