|World Player of the Week |
After Gareth Bale won our weekly award seven days ago, Real Madrid's talisman was the undisputed choice after another outrageous display of his goalscoring expertise.
Goal's Miguel Churruca said: "There were some doubts about Cristiano Ronaldo's fitness but the Portuguese star was in fine health during Real Madrid's huge win 4-0 win against Osasuna. After an average performance in the Champions League clash versus Bayern, the Portugal star scored two superb goals from distance to make it 2-0 and lead his side to victory.
"The two-time Ballon d'Or winner now has a great challenge, as Madrid on Tuesday will be facing Bayern Munich once again in the second leg of the Champions League semifinal. Will he be ready for another show?"
