Gators' Driskel out against Jacksonville

Florida Gators quarterback Jeff Driskel will miss this weekend's game against Jacksonville State with an ankle injury.

Head coach Will Muschamp made the announcement during the weekly SEC coaches' teleconference on Wednesday. Backup Jacoby Brissett will start.

"I've got a lot of confidence in Jacoby,' Muschamp told reporters. "It's his opportunity. I'm looking forward to seeing him play."

Muschamp said that he expected Driskel to return for the regular-season finale against Florida State, though an official determination won't be made until next week.f
