Arizona Cardinals (5-4) at Jacksonville Jaguars (1-8)

Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, at EverBank Field, Jacksonville, Fla. - TV: FOX

*TV announcers: Dick Stockton, Ronde Barber, Kris Budden

*Keys to the game: The Jaguars have 11 points at EverBank Field this year -- three field goals and a safety. The offensive struggles stem from an inability to run the ball against constant eight-man fronts, and that's not likely to change against Arizona's third-ranked run defense. Problem is, QB Chad Henne doesn't have many weapons in the downfield passing game and play-action is ineffective. The Cardinals have been pleased with the progress of their own ground game. They're utilizing more two-tight end sets and setting up play-action to improve the protection for immobile QB Carson Palmer, who will take dead aim at a secondary featuring three rookie starters.

*Matchup to watch - Cardinals CB Patrick Peterson vs. Jaguars WR Cecil Shorts: Shorts is the main big-play threat who could hurt the Cardinals, who typically stick Peterson on the opponent's best receiver. If Peterson negates Shorts, Henne has little else to turn to in the passing game.

*Player spotlight - Cardinals TE Jake Ballard: He played 22 snaps just six days after being signed, and Ballard's role figures to increase with coach Bruce Arians saying, "He's a guy that we've been looking for." Arizona is increasingly using Jim Dray at fullback or H-back as a lead blocker.

*Fast facts: The Cardinals are 0-3 against the NFC West and 5-1 against the rest of the NFL. ... The Jaguars' last touchdown at a home game (not including London) was in the 2012 season finale. They have played 230 minutes and 26 seconds since without scoring another.

WHO WILL WIN AND WHY

The Jaguars haven't scored a touchdown in Jacksonville since last year. That's epically futile, and they're not going to have any easy time breaking the streak with a virtually nonexistent ground game against a defense that loves to blitz.

*Our pick: Cardinals 27-16
