The Buffalo defense had no answer for Matt Ryan as he led the way to an overtime victory for the Falcons over the Bills, 34-31, in Toronto.
Ryan had a respectable 28 of 47 performance with 311 yards passing, one touchdown and one fumble. E.J. Manuel went 18 of 32 with 210 yards passing, two touchdowns (1 pass, 1 rush) and no interceptions for the Bills.
Steven Jackson was a focal point for the Falcons, running at will on the Bills for 84 yards on 23 carries with two touchdowns. Roddy White was a top receiver, catching 10 passes for 143 yards.
The Atlanta defense surrendered 195 yards rushing and 210 passing.
Bills running back C.J. Spiller had a productive game with 149 yards rushing and one touchdown. Running back Fred Jackson also had a good game with 42 rushing yards, 36 receiving and two touchdowns.
The Falcons head to Green Bay next week to face off with the Packers (5-6) while the Bills travel to Tampa to play the Buccaneers (3-9).
