Ex-Seahawk Stevens accused of domestic violence against Hope Solo

Former Seattle Seahawks tight end Jerramy Stevens appeared in a Kirkland, Wa. court Tuesday on charges that he hit his fiancé, two-time Olympic gold medal soccer goalie Hope Solo, according to multiple reports.

He was released without being charged after a judge said there was no evidence to link him to the alleged assault.

Stevens, who was once accused of armed assault and rape, appeared Tuesday to answer a fourth-degree assault arrest stemming from a domestic dispute early Monday morning involving Solo.

Kirkland police were dispatched to a Kirkland home early Monday to respond to a report of a fight at a party, according to a KING 5 News report. Solo's younger brother, Marcus, allegedly used a "stun gun" at the confrontation, according to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer.

Police found Hope Solo with blood on her elbow and wasn't cooperative, the report said. Marcus Solo had blood on his forehead and knees after an alleged confrontation with unwanted party guests.

Solo was in the courtroom Tuesday during Stevens' hearing.
