Eric Gordon: (Knee) Minutes Could Experience A Bump Saturday
Update: Gordon's minutes load could be bumped up Saturday at Dallas, but coach Monty Williams wants to see how his knee feels following Friday's practice before making that call, the New Orleans Times-Picayune reports. On Thursday, Gordon stated, "The main thing is just playing at this point. Nothing is hurting or limiting me. We're just being more cautious."

Recommendation: New Orleans' upcoming schedule includes four games in seven nights beginning Saturday, though the team will not play on back-to-back days until Jan. 15-16, which is likely the next time Gordon will sit out, as he did Wednesday in Houston. He has produced in his two outings to date, averaging 17.5 points (on 33.3 percent shooting), 5.0 assists, 1.5 steals, 1.0 rebounds, and 1.0 treys in 24.5 minutes. The latter appears to be his maximum run until further notice, so his fantasy relevance is likely contained to leagues slightly deeper than standard ones for the time being.
