Recommendation: Jackson went 10-11 with a 4.03 ERA and a 1.22 WHIP in 31 starts for Washington last season, and could possibly improve on those numbers if he indeed heads to San Diego and the pitcher-friendly confines of Petco Park. He'd likely step in as the team's No. 3 starter in the rotation, behind Edinson Volquez and Clayton Richard.
