Dolphins Outlasted by Packers, 27-24
The Dolphins were narrowly defeated by the Packers, 27-24, at home.
Ryan Tannehill found the end zone two times on 20 of 31 passing for 231 yards and two picks. Aaron Rodgers finished 24 for 42 with 264 yards passing, three touchdowns and no interceptions for the Packers.
Lamar Miller gained 53 yards on 14 carries while adding a touchdown in addition to three receptions for 40 yards with one fumble. Jarvis Landry was a top performer, snagging six balls for 75 yards while adding a touchdown.
The Miami defense gave up 121 yards rushing and 264 passing. They sacked Rodgers three times.
Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson was impressive, churning out 107 receiving yards and one touchdown. Wide receiver Randall Cobb also performed well with 58 receiving yards and one touchdown.
Next week, the Dolphins head to Chicago to face the Bears (2-3) while the Packers host the Panthers (3-2).
