DeMar DeRozan finished with 30 points to help the Toronto Raptors nip the Boston Celtics, 105-103. Toronto (41-31) has now won back-to-back games after defeating Boston Celtics on Wednesday.
DeRozan shot 12-27 from the field and 6-6 from the free throw line. Toronto also got solid performances from Greivis Vasquez with 15 points and 5 assists, and Jonas Valanciunas with 13 points and 8 rebounds. On 8-13 shooting, including 2-5 from behind the arc, Jerryd Bayless scored 20 points off the bench for Boston in the loss. Jared Sullinger added 11 points and 9 rebounds.
Boston (23-49) has now dropped their last three consecutive games.
Coming up next, the Raptors take on the Orlando Magic, who are 21-52 on the year. The Celtics meet the Chicago Bulls, currently 40-32 this season. The Raptors came away with a win in two straight games against Orlando. The Celtics are 0-1 versus Chicago this season.
