Jordan shot 11-14 from the field, in an efficient offensive performance. Chris Paul contributed 19 points and 6 assists for Los Angeles as well. On 10-17 shooting, including 4-5 from behind the arc, Dirk Nowitzki put up 24 points for Dallas in the loss. Monta Ellis added 13 points and 9 assists and Jose Calderon finished with 11 points and 6 rebounds.
This loss snaps a three-game winning streak for Dallas, dropping them to 19-14 on the year.
Coming up, the Clippers square off with the San Antonio Spurs, who are 25-8 on the season. The Mavericks go up against the New York Knicks, currently sitting at 10-22 this year. The Clippers are 1-0 versus San Antonio this season.
