Update: Heyward-Bey, who was released from Eden Medical Center on Monday, is "resting with a concussion and a neck strain, and expected to make a full recovery," according to the Raiders, thereporter.com reports.
Recommendation: Heyward-Bey, who was injured on a helmet-to-helmet hit in Sunday's win over the Steelers, has apparently avoided any serious injuries here, but we doubt we'll see him in Week 4 against the Broncos, at the very least. His absence should create added opportunities going forward for Rod Streater, Juron Criner and Derek Hagan.
