The Oakland A's activated outfielder Coco Crisp from the disabled list on Wednesday and he returned to the lineup Wednesday to bat leadoff in a game against the Texas Rangers. Crisp sat out the past two weeks with a hamstring injury but did not require a rehab stint in the minor leagues before his return. At the time of the injury, he was hitting .283 with five homers and 12 RBI. He also had 10 doubles and eight stolen bases in 24 games.
