Cowboys WR Dez Bryant underwent successful surgery on his left index finger, the team’s website confirmed.
The procedure is expected to keep Bryant out for parts of the Cowboys’ offseason conditioning program.
Bryant sustained the injury in the fourth quarter of Dallas’ Week 14 game against the Bengals, but played through the injury to finish the season. On the year, Bryant had 92 catches for 1,382 yards and 12 touchdowns. Two weeks after the injury, he went 9-224-2 against the Saints.
