Week 12's must-see moments:

Cowboys release S Sensabaugh

The SportsXchange

The Dallas Cowboys have released free safety Gerald Sensabaugh, NFL.com reported.

Sensebaugh confirmed the move on Twitter.

Sensabaugh's scheduled base salary of $3 million would have been guaranteed if he had remained on the roster on March 12. The move saves $1.4 million in cap room.

Sensabaugh, 29, had been a regular starter for Dallas in each of the past four seasons. His best season was 2010, when he had five interceptions and two sacks.
