Cowboys Pounded by Eagles, 33-10
The Cowboys were crushed by the Eagles, 33-10, at home.
Tony Romo went without a score on 18 for 29 passing for only 199 yards and two picks. Mark Sanchez was more productive for the Eagles, and finished 20 for 29 with 217 yards passing, two touchdowns (1 pass, 1 rush) and no interceptions.
DeMarco Murray was a bright spot for the Cowboys, running for 73 yards on 20 carries with a touchdown in addition to six receptions for 40 yards. Dez Bryant caught four balls for 73 yards.
The Dallas defense collapsed, giving up 256 yards rushing and 217 passing. They brought down Sanchez for one sack.
Eagles running back LeSean McCoy had a big game, putting up 159 yards rushing and one touchdown. Wide receiver Jeremy Maclin also had a good game with 108 receiving yards.
The Cowboys head to Chicago next week to face the Bears (5-7) while the Eagles host the Seahawks (7-4).
