    Columbia trounces D-3 Haverford 74-40

    NEW YORK (AP) -- Mark Cisco led Columbia with 13 points as four Lions scored in double figures in a 74-40 win over Division III Haverford Tuesday night.

    Cisco's 6-of-8 shooting helped Columbia (2-0) shoot 55.6 percent (30 of 54) from the field, albeit only 17.6 percent (3 of 17) on 3-pointers.

    Alex Rosenberg had 11 points for the Lions, and Isaac Cohen and Zach En'Wezoh had 10 each.

    Haverford stayed close early, but Columbia pulled away with a 20-0 run midway through the first half to take a 37-13 lead.

    Columbia won the rebound battle 41-22, with En'Wezoh and Cory Osetkowski pulling down six each and Cohen and John Daniels nabbing five apiece.

    Haverford shot just 32.1 percent (18 of 56) from the field, and was 0 for 1 on free-throw attempts.

    Brett Cohen led the Fords (0-1) with 17 points.
