The Indianapolis Colts signed free agent linebacker Shawn Loiseau and undrafted rookie free agent safety Ashante Williams.
The Colts also waived injured offensive guard Justin Anderson and wide receiver Rodrick Rumble. If Anderson clears waivers, he will go on the team's injured reserve list.
Loiseau was originally signed by the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent out of Merrimack in 2012 and waived at the end of training camp. The Colts signed him to the practice squad last November and waived him in April.
Williams, out of Illinois, was the team's second-leading tackler his senior year with 78.
Anderson was drafted in the seventh round by the Colts in 2012. He started the season on the physically-unable-to-perform list and was then assigned to the practice squad.
Rumble was signed as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Idaho in April. He was the school's all-time leading receiver with 223 catches for 2,863 yards.
