Colts Pick Up 17-10 Win Over Texans
The Colts defeated the Texans, 17-10, at home.
Andrew Luck found the end zone for two scores against the Texans on 18 of 34 passing for 187 yards and one pick. In comparison, Tom Savage went 10 of 19 with 127 yards passing, no touchdowns, one pick and one fumble for the Texans.
Dan Herron carried the ball 11 times for 60 yards in addition to two receptions for 12 yards. Dwayne Allen caught two passes for 16 yards with a touchdown.
The Indianapolis defensive unit led the way to a victory, giving up 137 yards rushing and 157 passing. They managed to get to Savage for one sack.
Texans running back Arian Foster put up 99 yards rushing and 18 receiving. Wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins also gave a strong effort with 77 receiving yards.
The Colts head to Arlington next week to face off with the Cowboys (9-4) while the Texans will play host to the Ravens (8-5).
