Cleveland Indians at Los Angeles Angels, August 14, 2012: Fan Preview

Yahoo Contributor Network

If nothing else the Cleveland Indians guaranteed they would not have a repeat of their previous road trip where they went 0-9. Their 6-2 victory over the Los Angeles Angels on Monday, August 13 provided for that as well as helped seal the wound caused by the Boston Red Sox a day prior.

The Tribe looks to repeat on Tuesday as they send Ubaldo Jimenez to the mound. Fans are hoping the Jimenez that shows up for the game will be akin to the one that fanned 10 batters while allowing just three runs over six innings in his last outing. His season, like many others on the rotation has been hampered by inconsistency often creating deficits the offense cannot overcome.

Luckily the Indians can cheer on the red-hot Brent Lillibridge and Asdrubal Cabrera who boasts a career .484 average against Angels' starter Zack Greinke.
