Yahoo Contributor Network

The final regular season in the career of Chipper Jones is winding down. Jones should be a first-ballot member of the Hall of Fame once he is eligible to be selected, and has been a major player in the revitalization of baseball in the city of Atlanta. During the course of his 19 year career, Jones has been one of the best hitters in the league, won the National League MVP (1999) and the NL batting title (2008). After playing that long, Jones likely has a few favorite ballparks to play at, but where has he performed the best?

During his 2012 farewell tour, Jones got to visit many of these stadiums and received gifts from each team showing how much others felt he meant to the game of baseball.
