Chargers will re-sign cornerback Richard Marshall

The San Diego Chargers have agreed to terms to re-sign cornerback Richard Marshall, the organization announced on Friday.

The new contract will be a one-year deal.

Marshall was originally a second-round pick out by the Carolina Panthers in 2006. He signed with the Chargers in August of 2013 and played in every game during the season. Marshall had 61 tackles and six pass deflections in 2013.
