If “law enforcement” isn’t accountable for the easily verifiable homicide of #FreddieGray, then what’s the point of “law” or a constitution?

Freddie Gray, 25, died in April 2015 from sustaining neck injuries while being transported in a police van. Gray’s death further cemented the mistrust African-Americans have towards the police and caused several days of uprising in Baltimore.
Celebrities aside, Twitter’s general consensus was of disappointment, hurt and outrage.
This #FreddieGray news reminds me of Zora Neale Huston’s quote: “If you’re silent about your pain, they’ll kill you and say you enjoyed it.”

#FreddieGray death ruled a homicide but the cop isn’t being charged. So someone murdered him but not the guy who murdered him?
