Recommendation: To replace him on their active roster, the Jags signed Jerrell Jackson from their practice squad. Though the team's 2-13 season has been dismal overall, Shorts' breakout has been a bright spot. He finishes the season with 55 catches for 979 yards, with seven touchdowns in 14 games.
