Each Monday, we’ll gather the best catches from the weekend (or the midweek games) and bring them here for you to vote on in a poll. There could be only a few nominees, or there could be five or six. It all depends on the weekend. If you have a catch you’d like to nominate, don’t hesitate to hit us up on Twitter (@YahooDrSaturday).

The voting remains open until Friday and the winner advances to another round of voting that will help crown the best catch of the regular season.

Things are good in College Station this year. The Aggies are firmly in the College Football Playoff picture after improving to 6-0 with an overtime win over Tennessee on Saturday, and an A&M player — senior Jeremy Tabuyo — won the Week 5 catch of the week.

Tabuyo’s spinning, one-handed 29-yard catch vs. South Carolina took home 53 percent of the vote, beating out the game-winning Hail Mary grab from Tennessee’s Jauan Jennings (30 percent), West Virginia’s Shelton Gibson (11 percent), Houston’s Linell Bonner (5 percent) and NC State’s Thaddeus Moss (2 percent).

Here are the Week 6 nominees:

River Cracraft – Washington State

Washington State blew out No. 15 Stanford on Saturday night and senior wideout River Cracraft played a big role in the win. Cracraft had seven catches for 130 yards, including this highlight reel touchdown grab early in the fourth quarter.

Cracraft was able to fight through tight coverage (which drew a flag), contort himself in mid-air and haul in the pass from Luke Falk over his shoulder. That takes some extreme concentration and shows why he and Gabe Marks are one of the top receiving duos in the country.

Corey Davis – Western Michigan

Corey Davis may play in the MAC, but you should have heard of him by now. He makes acrobatic catches on a weekly basis and his skills were on display again Saturday night in Western Michigan’s win over Northern Illinois. This one-handed touchdown grab was just ridiculous. He made it look easy, too.

Davis had six catches for 122 yards in the win, which improved WMU to 6-0. Here’s another angle of his impressive TD grab, his second of the night.

Malik Turner – Illinois

Malik Turner had a big game Saturday vs. Purdue with nine catches for 129 yards, and his best catch was probably a better display of his concentration more than his hands. You’ll see what I mean when you watch this:

The Purdue defender was in pretty good position there, but Turner was somehow able to tip the ball up to himself. And as Turner’s momentum took him away from the ball, but he was able to bring it in with his right hand for a nice gain. Great play.

Dante Pettis – Washington

Dante Pettis had a huge game for Washington during its thorough 70-21 dismantling of Oregon. Pettis had eight catches for 134 yards and two touchdowns, one of which was this beautiful one-hander in the third quarter:

Pettis had to completely extend in order to bring this one in while fending off an Oregon defender. It was his sixth touchdown grab of the season.
