Carmelo Anthony, Tim Hardaway Jr. spark Knicks over Bucks

The New York Knicks shot 42-76 (55.3%) from the field and controlled the offensive glass with 13 rebounds, to dominate the Milwaukee Bucks, 115-94. New York (27-40) has now won six in a row, dating back to a 118-106 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves on March 5th.

Carmelo Anthony scored 23 points on 8-16 shooting from the field (1-5 from behind the arc) and 6-6 from the free throw line. New York also got solid performances from J.R. Smith with 15 points and 8 rebounds, and Amare Stoudemire with 15 points and 6 rebounds. Despite the loss, Nate Wolters put up 15 points for Milwaukee on 5-7 shooting from the field and 3-4 from the free throw line.

The Knicks recorded a FTA rate of 36.8 to go alongside their 60.5% eFG%. They are undefeated (3-0) on the season when eclipsing 35.0 and 55% in those respective offensive factors. The Bucks, however, are winless (0-5) when allowing opponents to reach those thresholds.

Milwaukee (13-53) has now lost three consecutive games.

Coming up next, the Knicks square off with the Indiana Pacers, who are 48-17 on the year. The Bucks go up against the Charlotte Bobcats, currently 32-34 this season. The Knicks lost to Indiana the last two times they've played. The Bucks have lost their last three meetings with Charlotte.
