Stoudemire shot 7-16 from the field. Other key performers for New York were Carmelo Anthony with 26 points and 7 rebounds, and Tyson Chandler with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Kyrie Irving had another quality performance for Cleveland despite the loss, scoring 30 points on 11-25 shooting (3-9 on 3-point attempts), in addition to going 5-6 from the free throw line. He also registered 8 rebounds and 8 assists. Spencer Hawes chipped in 21 points and 10 rebounds and Luol Deng finished with 10 points and 7 rebounds.
Cleveland (24-40) has now dropped their last four straight games.
