Carmelo Anthony: No Stiffness In Knee

Rotowire.com
Update: Anthony, who hopes to return to action Wednesday against Orlando, stated Monday that his knee no longer exhibits stiffness, the New York Post reports. Regarding the stiffness, he relayed, "I feel better, much better. It's gone - night and day. I can feel the difference. Just being able to move laterally. Jump. Hopefully [I can] get back to what I was doing."

Recommendation: As a result of recent issues with his right knee, Anthony has missed six of the Knicks' past eight games, including the past three in order to get fluid drained from his hamstring. Luckily, there was no cartilage damage, meaning offseason surgery is not in the cards for him. In any case, consider Anthony questionable for Wednesday.
