Cardinals promote Licht to VP of player personnel

The Cardinals hired Frank Reich to be the team's new wide receivers coach. WR coach John McNulty moved to quarterbacks coach.

Reich was the Colts' wide receivers coach in 2011 after two seasons as their quarterbacks coach. He served as an offensive assistant with Indy in 2008. During that time, he worked directly with Peyton Manning, leading some to believe the Cards could be candidates to sign the former All Pro if he is released by Indianapolis.

Reich spent 13 seasons as a backup quarterback in the NFL, predominantly with the Bills. He played in 119 games with 20 starts.

Reich replaces Chris Miller, who was fired following the season. Todd Haley, who was recently named the Steelers' offensive coordinator, had been a rumored possibility for the job. McNulty just finished his third season as the team's wide receivers coach. He was the offensive coordinator/quarterbacks for Rutgers for five seasons.
