NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- After blowing a 17-point lead with just over three minutes left in regulation Sunday, the Arizona Cardinals clinched a rare winning season Sunday and stayed alive for an NFC wild-card playoff berth.

Placekicker Jay Feely connected on a 41-yard field goal with 10:18 left in overtime as Arizona edged the Tennessee Titans 37-34 at LP Field, staying a game behind Carolina and San Francisco going into the final two weeks of the regular season.

Cornerback Antoine Cason set it up with his second interception of quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick at the Cardinals' 30, returning it 16 yards. Arizona got the ball to the Tennessee 23, mostly on running plays, and Feely's kick eliminated the Titans (5-9) from AFC playoff consideration.

Fitzpatrick completed 36 of 58 passes for 402 yards, leading his team's wild fourth-quarter comeback. Fitzpatrick threw a 10-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Michael Preston with 3:12 left, cutting the Cardinals' lead to 34-24.

Following placekicker Rob Bironas' 24-yard field goal with 47 seconds left, Tennessee recovered an onside kick when Arizona wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald fumbled after being hit, safety Daimion Stafford recovering at the Titans' 46.

Five plays later, Fitzgerald found Preston on a slant in front of cornerback Patrick Peterson with 10 seconds remaining for a game-tying 8-yard touchdown.

Quarterback Carson Palmer completed 20 of 30 passes for 231 yards and a touchdown for the Cardinals (9-5), who wrapped up just their fourth winning season since moving from St. Louis before the 1988 season.

Palmer's 6-yard scoring strike to tight end Jake Ballard with 2:14 left in the third quarter gave the Cardinals a 20-17 lead. After Tennessee placekicker Rob Bironas came up short on a 50-yard field goal with 11:57 remaining in the game, Arizona marched 60 yards on 11 plays, extending the lead to 27-17 on a 1-yard touchdown plunge by running back Rashard Mendenhall with 6:50 left.

When Cason tacked on a 20-yard interception return score 37 seconds later, it appeared that this game was done. But Fitzpatrick and the Titans shocked almost everyone with their end-of-regulation dramatics.

NOTES: Tennessee WR Justin Hunter was inactive Sunday due to an unspecified violation of team rules. Hunter has become a bigger part of the team's offense in recent weeks, catching four passes for 114 yards last week in Denver. ... Arizona TE Rob Housler (groin) sat out and was replaced in the starting lineup by Jake Ballard. ... The Titans' Jurrell Casey notched his 10th sack in the second quarter, becoming just the second defensive tackle in franchise history since 1982 to reach double figures in a season. Ray Childress had 13 in 1992 when the franchise was in Houston.
