VISE, Belgium (AP) -- Switzerland's Fabian Cancellara wears the race leader's yellow jersey as riders start Stage 2 of the Tour de France.
The 198 riders will race 129 miles from Vise to Tournai in Belgium, along flat roads likely to end in a group sprint for the stage win.
Race favorite Bradley Wiggins of Britain remains in second place, 7 seconds back, while defending champion Cadel Evans of Australia is eighth, 17 seconds behind the Swiss.
